To validate themes, we ran trend analysis across 80 weeks (roughly 80 consecutive weeks or 560 days of data), using natural-language clustering, frequency surfacing, stage-of-adoption sentiment modeling, integration smoothing concerns, error-recovery tolerance, process preservation signals, and CFO-level economic vocabulary detection. We looked for breakage risk signals, close disruption fears, implementation friction markers, and architecture trust phrases. What we found mattered more than what we counted. Customers feared tools that promised automation but delivered surprises at close; they gravitated to partners that made their data feel defendable and their ERP ecosystem stable under pressure.
